You must not share your login details with any third party. bgc333 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 KYC and Identity Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, bgc333 requires all accounts to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. bgc333 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

bgc333 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on bgc333 is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and funds are credited to your bgc333 wallet without delay. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are also processed in real time, subject to your card issuer's processing times. bgc333 does not charge deposit fees for any supported payment method.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account is owned by someone other than the bgc333 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source will be confiscated and the relevant accounts will be suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard are processed within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bgc333 does not charge withdrawal fees for Bangladesh mobile wallet methods.

All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. bgc333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bgc333 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. All account activity is monitored in accordance with our AML policy. bgc333 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. Players must not use the bgc333 platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request to close their bgc333 account at any time by contacting live chat support or emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Uncleared bonus balances will be removed at the point of closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact bgc333 support to complete the reactivation process.
